What to Do

Walk the tree-lined paths through pine, oak, and linden forests. Have breakfast or tea at one of the three historic pavilions — Sarı Köşk (Yellow Pavilion) offers Bosphorus views with Turkish breakfast. Picnic on the lawns (very popular on weekends). In spring, the tulip displays are world-famous.

Open daily 7:00-22:00 (summer), 7:00-19:00 (winter). Free entry. Located in Sarıyer on the Bosphorus. Accessible by bus from Taksim or Beşiktaş. Parking available but fills up fast on weekends.
